Multi Unit Residential Water Loss

This toilet overflow caused damage to multiple apartments in Lompoc.  SERVPRO of Lompoc responded expediently with multiple crews to provide emergency services to all affected units.  Following all local, state and federal ordinances, SERVPRO of Lompoc filed a demolition permit with the City of Lompoc and completed the required asbestos survey and inspection prior to removing any affected building materials. Upon receipt of negative asbestos results SERVPRO of Lompoc was able to remove affected materials and dry the structure.  After the mitigation and drying SERVPRO of Lompoc also performed all repairs to return the units to a rentable condition.
